Life with Isaac is proving challenging lately. He has been cranky and unconsolable. We aren't sure if he is not feeling well or what is going on. It started after his circumcision and hasn't improved since. He has his 2 week well baby on Wednesday so we are going to talk to the doctor and see what is going on with him. He is breastfeeding more and wants to be near me all the time in order to sleep. Even with all of this he's completely adorable and we love him to pieces. Here in this picture he is sporting another Auntie Thalyta and Uncle Steven fashion. He looks so adorable in this little outfit.
Here Rocky assumes his normal stance. He is never very far away from Isaac. As soon as you get up with him, Rocky follows suit. We have taken to calling him Nana after the dog in the Peter Pan movie. He worries after Isaac constantly. Needless to say, the sleeping dog doesn't get much sleep anymore.
This picture is blurry, but I really love this photo of Isaac and me. This is a fairly familiar site around our house now. Isaac and I take naps at least once a day together now. It is probably the best sleep that we both get since we are together. Ever since I had him, I stay cold constantly. His little body puts the heat back in mine and I sleep....like a baby.
All in all, we are quite the happy little family. Dealing with middle of the night feedings, diaper changes, scrubbing bottles, screams and cries, cleaning bottles, and all the rest that comes with it- we are a happy with our new little addition. He really is a good boy and so completely adorable.
