When you have a baby, it seems important to get on a routine. More often than not the routine is actually set by the baby. As the comedian Gallagher once said, "You don't own the baby, the baby owns you." The baby rules what time you get up and what time you go to bed. The baby determines whether you get to finish that tasty steak or whether that long hot shower is truly necessary. However, occasionally you get to make some choices, like reading books to your baby or getting them ready for bed. Which this routine youb soon realize leads you to their next routine.... keeping you up all night!

ReplyDeleteReading to the baby? I highly approve. Books and I have always been best friends. Hopefully, Isaac will bond with that same friend one day. You are never alone when you have a good book. May I also add that you too look very sweet?
